Stéphane Cordier - Chief Executive Officer Stéphane Cordier, the Chief Executive Officer of , is responsible for Europe's leading independent supplier of digital communication solutions. AdLINK is represented by 12 offices in 11 European countries and has a European network comprised of over 3,500 websites generating 6 billion page impressions per month.
Before joining AdLINK's executive management team, Stéphane Cordier was Vice President of European Media at DoubleClick Inc. Prior to that, Mr Cordier had more than a decade of experience in the special interest magazine industry. Mr Cordier was publisher of PC Direct, ZD Net France and ZD Regié during his employment at Ziff-Davis France.
Mr Cordier has, since his appointment, enhanced AdLINK's portfolio into a full-service provider of turn-key solutions for permission marketing; performance based marketing and brand marketing.

Andreas Janssen - Chief Financial Officer
On 1 May 2007, Andreas Janssen has joined the executive board of .
Before being appointed CFO of AdLINK Group, Andreas Janssen has been working with plenum AG, where he also held the position of CFO, with responsibilities for finance, controlling, cash management, human resources, investor relations and IT. Prior to that, Andreas Janssen has been working for almost a decade as business administration manager and controller with plenum AG and plenum Systeme GmbH.
Between 1989 and 1998, Andreas Janssen held various positions for Siemens Group, both in Germany and abroad. Next to jobs in the Czech Republic, Romania and Russia, he was in charge of setting up a subsidiary in Tunisia.
Andreas Janssen has profound and rich experience in national and international sales as well as in controlling. He holds a master’s degree of University of Cologne and speaks four foreign languages.

Marc Stilke - Chief Operating Officer and Speaker of the Board
Marc Stilke is responsible for AdLINK´s divisions for Affiliate and Domain Marketing, affilinet and sedo, as well for Product Development, Marketing and M&A.
Before joining the executive board, his prior position was Head of Online Marketing of AdLINK´s main shareholder United Internet AG.
Marc has broadened AdLINK´s business model into a full service provider for digital marketing solutions.
Prior to joining United Internet AG, Mr. Stilke was responsible for the European portal business of Lycos Europe. In this capacity, he guided Lycos Europe from being a pure Search Engine to one of Europe's most widely accessed internet Portals with top-quality products in the field of communication, communities, web hosting and shopping.
