AdLINK Group is introducing a European behavioural targeting strategy. The objective of this strategy is to be the first to offer media agencies and advertising companies a pan-European platform for online campaigns controlled by behavioural targeting. “Behavioural targeting will increasingly develop into a strong growth area for pan-European online advertising”, according to Stéphane Cordier, CEO of AdLINK Group. Such campaigns are playing an ever more important role in the marketing strategies of leading European brands. According to the latest EIAA study titled ‘Marketers Internet Ad Barometer 2006’, 92 percent of these companies expect to almost double their pan-European campaign budgets by the year 2008. “Online behavioural targeting will further enhance campaign performance by a factor of up to four.
