Montabaur, May 8, 2007. The Management Board of today announced its consolidated results according to IFRS for the first quarter of 2007. Compared with the same quarter last year, the company once again achieved strong growth in all relevant earnings ratios and reach figures.

In the first quarter of 2007, achieved year-on-year growth in sales revenues of over 21.1 percent, from EUR 41.3 million to EUR 50.0 million. At EUR 6.7 million, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) were up 24.1 percent over the previous year (EUR 5.4 million). Earnings before taxes (EBT) were raised by 20.0 percent to EUR 5.4 million (prior year: EUR 4.5 million). Earnings per share (EPS) improved by 83.3 percent from EUR 0.06 to EUR 0.11.
