Best result in the company’s history

Montabaur, August 9, 2006. The Management Board of today announced its consolidated results according to IFRS for the first half of 2006. The company achieved strong growth in sales and earnings and posted its best-ever result.

Compared with the same period last year, raised sales by 140 % to EUR 86.4 million (prior year: EUR 36.0 million). There was also a significant improvement in earnings: EBITDA grew by 647 % from EUR 1.5 million to EUR 11.2 million, and EBT by 933 % from EUR 0.9 million to EUR 9.3 million. Earnings per share (EPS) after minority interests and taxes amounted to EUR 0.15 (prior year: EUR -0.01).
