Press release: AdLINK with strong growth in sales and earnings

Best quarter in the company’s history

Aiming for Prime Standard listing

Montabaur, May 10, 2006. can look back on a successful first quarter of 2006. Compared with the same period last year, there was strong growth in all key performance indicators. All business segments contributed to this positive result.


achieved year-on-year sales growth of over 300 percent to EUR 41.3 million in the first quarter of 2006 (prior year: EUR 10.2 million). There was also a significant improvement in earnings: EBITDA grew from EUR -0.33 million to EUR 5.38 million, while EBT was up from EUR -0.4 million to EUR 4.5 million. Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to EUR 0.06 (prior year: EUR -0.02).

“The profitable growth trend is continuing. We are very satisfied with the development of business,” says Stéphane Cordier, Chief Executive Officer of . “We posted the best result in our company’s history and have noticeably improved our profitability. Our segments Display Marketing, Domain Marketing and Affiliate Marketing all contributed to this result. In addition to organic growth, the acquisition of affilinet, Sedo and CibleClick also had a strong positive impact on sales and earnings.”

“We are very confident about the further development of business this year,” says Guy Challen, CFO of . “The strong progress of business enables us to raise our forecasts for 2006. We are therefore raising our sales forecast for 2006 from EUR 160 million to EUR 185 million (prior year: EUR 98.2 million) and our EBT forecast from EUR 12 million to EUR 20 million (prior year: EUR 3.4 million),” says Challen. Based on these figures, earnings per share (EPS) of will amount to at least EUR 0.30 (prior year: EUR 0.04).
