Montabaur, February 27, 2008. The Management Board of (AdLINK Group), one of Europe’s leading independent networks for digital marketing solutions, today announced its preliminary and unaudited consolidated figures for fiscal year 2007. According to these preliminary results, the Group once again achieved record levels of sales and earnings in the past year.

Consolidated sales grew by 29.1% in 2007 to EUR 229.2 million, compared with EUR 177.5 million in 2006. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) climbed 93.3%, from EUR 22.5 million in the previous year to EUR 43.5 million. Preliminary earnings before taxes (EBT) were raised by 52.4% to EUR 28.5 million (prior year: EUR 18.7 million). This growth includes non-recurring, special items from the second quarter of 2007 which were positive on balance. These items include one-off income of EUR 16.8 million from the contribution of the operating businesses of AdLINK Switzerland and AdLINK Austria to Goldbach Media AG, as well as write-downs from the restructuring of AdLINK Media and Affiliate segment operations in France and the UK totaling EUR 9.4 million. According to preliminary calculations, earnings per share (EPS) improved from EUR 0.47 to EUR 0.72 per share.

The final audited and certified figures for fiscal year 2007 will be presented at the annual report press conference on April 4, 2008 in Frankfurt.
