Montabaur, May 2, 2006. announces that it has established an online marketing company with Goldbach Media Group for the Austrian market. The new company, AdLINK Internet Media GmbH, which is based in Vienna, will be the only Austrian online company granting its partners a unique access to an international online advertising network.

Since 2003, AdLINK has had a franchise operation in the local market. Based on the successful joint venture with Goldbach Media Group in the Swiss online market, we have decided to build on this success and AdLINK now owns 30% of the newly created company which has assumed Goldbach’s online business.
